Fushimi Sakagura Koji is an alley of eight restaurants (sushi, kushikatsu and oden, teppanyaki, ramen and more) in the block between the Otesuji and Nayamachi arcades, plus Sakagura, a counter over 23 m long pouring more than 120 sakes from the 18 breweries of the Fushimi Sake Brewers Association.

Torii tunnels at dawn, then sake by the old castle moat
Fushimi is two trips in one. In the north, about 10,000 torii line the paths up Mount Inari behind Fushimi Inari Taisha, and the grounds never close, so you can walk them at dawn.
